Design & Install Process

1. Create your wishlist

Book an appointment with one of our in-house kitchen designers, or pop into the showroom. One of our team will take the time to run through all your requirements and aspirations for your new kitchen. We can show you samples of kitchen door ranges, colours, worktop options and internal storage solutions to start building the framework of your dream kitchen.

2. Home Visit

After your wish list is created, we will arrange an appointment to come to your home. This will allow our designer to take accurate measurements and discuss different layout options within your space in order to maximise the practicality and overall look of the new kitchen. We are also able to work from measurements supplied if home visits are not available at the point of creating the design (such as architect plans for building work or extensions).

3. Design Created

Our designer will then work on creating a plan for your kitchen. We use high specification Computer design software which enables us to show you photo-realistic images of how your new kitchen will look. Our team have many years of design experience and can create a truly beautiful designer style kitchen to suit any budget.

4. Presentation

Once the design is created, we will invite you back into the showroom for a presentation meeting. We will run through the design layout and costs, show you all the relevant samples of finishes and products used to create the look.

5. Deposit

When you are happy with the plan we have created for you, we will request an initial plan deposit of £200. This enables us to release all copies of plans and images created, both printed and digital versions are available. We can then work on any required amendments or final tweaks requested.

6. Order Confirmation

The order will be confirmed after all required amendments have been made. We will arrange a final site visit by our installation manager in order to check all necessary final measurements and access to services. Once signed-off by yourselves we will place the orders with our suppliers and your new kitchen will be made-to-order by our UK manufacturer. We will confirm all relevant dates for delivery and installation of your new kitchen.

7. Kitchen Manufacturing

It’s a great feeling to be working with a British manufacturer – who employ local skilled staff, many of whom have been with them for years. They take the same care over each & every kitchen made.

8. Project Managed Installation

Our in-house installation team will take care of everything regarding managing your kitchen installation. We will keep you updated regarding time scales and dates for starting and finishing all relevant work. As a local company we take pride in our customer service and attention to detail, from perfect designs to accurate and professional installation.
